Registrations and abstract submissions are open from 11 March 2013 to 13 May 2013.
The registration fees are the following:
In the case of undergraduate and Ph.D. students, confirmation must be provided by the direct supervisor (further details are available during the registration procedure).
Groups of Ph.D. students from the same Course or School can benefit from a discounted fee: 50 EUR for each participant. Please contact the SIBBM Treasurer for additional details and before registration.
(*) Graduated students under 32 years, with no permanent position at the University or other public or private institutions, can become SIBBM junior members by registering for the meeting and sending a membership application to the SIBBM secretary. Please visit the SIBBM website for more information.

Upon registration, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you; this message contains, amongst other information, your reference code. Please do not process your payment without this reference code—thank you for your cooperation.
Payment is possible by credit card or bank transfer. Further details about the payment procedure are available through your personal mySIBBM2013 page.
NB: The deadline for payments is 20 May 2013. Payments received after that date will be subject to a late payment surcharge of 20 EUR. Online payments will be possible only until 27 May 2013.
Five Travel Awards Recipients will be selected based upon outstanding scientific research data presented in the poster sessions.

The organisers have negotiated special tariffs for congress participants who wish to stay at the Hotel Riz. To benefit from these rates, the form below needs to be filled in and sent to the hotel within 13 May 2013:

A shuttle service will be provided by the organisers on the evenings of Wednesday (5 June) and Thursday (6 June), from the venue to the Hotel, and on the mornings of Thursday (6 June) and Friday (7 June), from the hotel to the venue. The timetable will be available at the registration desk at the meeting venue.
